Welcome to Two Man Movers & Storage in beautiful Salt Lake City! We’re a family-owned and operated, full-service moving and storage company that has been in business since 1999. As a fully licensed and insured company, we offer top-quality residential, office and international moves, along with a wide variety of additional services.

The Two Man Story

The name literally tells the story! Two Man Movers & Storage started in 1999 with just two hardworking guys moving things for their friends. They started with one truck and did all the work themselves. Obviously, we’ve grown a bit since then!

Although the workforce has expanded, the fleet of trucks has increased and the number of moves performed each year has swelled, our commitment to customers remains steadfast. As Two Man President Mike Simmons says: “You don’t get repeat business unless you care for people.” We strive to treat each customer like a friend and family member, and we get many repeat customers!

Mike bought the company in 2014 and has continued to expand its reach since then. We have performed moves all around the Salt Lake City area and just past the border in Wyoming. We also introduced specialty moves and continued to work with the local community. Just because the company has grown, though, doesn’t mean that we stray from our family-based values.

Here at Two Man, we’re proud to be a family-oriented company. Mike Simmons has four kids, and you can see some of his family members working in the office from time to time. Not only are there blood relatives in the office, but every person on staff treats each other and customers like family.

Beyond family, each and every employee strives to live up to the company values: be kind, considerate, and compassionate to people and their belongings. And that extends beyond just business: Two Man is frequently involved in charity work as well. We’ve helped with Toys for Tots, Move for Hunger and the Salt Lake City Pride Parade.
